flattmfl provides SaaS platform solutions including but not limited to cloud infrastructure services, data analytics platforms, API management tools, and enterprise integration services. Our services are designed to help businesses streamline their operations and enhance their technological capabilities. When using our services, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; (c) use our services only for lawful purposes; (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (e) not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (f) not use our services to transmit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content; (g) not interfere with the proper functioning of our services; and (h) notify us immediately of any suspected security breaches.
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify flattmfl of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. flattmfl will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, are owned by flattmfl or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code unless expressly permitted by law or granted written permission by flattmfl.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any inconvenience or losses resulting from service interruptions.
Payment terms for our services are specified in individual service agreements or invoices. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within the specified timeframe. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice for ongoing services.

By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, flattmfl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to flattmfl in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. flattmfl disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. You use our services at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless flattmfl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. flattmfl may immediately terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Groningen, Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If you have concerns about our services, please contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. For consumers in the EU, alternative dispute resolution options may be available through relevant consumer protection authorities or online dispute resolution platforms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically for any changes.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
flattmfl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, or failure of third-party services or infrastructure.
